Prescription Benefit Solutions LLC ("PBS," "we," "our," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information when you visit rxbs.org, subscribe to our publications, download our Plan Sponsor Toolkit materials, or otherwise engage with PBS digitally.

What information we collect

When you submit a form on our website, subscribe to our newsletters, or respond to a LinkedIn lead generation ad, we collect:
 

  • Name (first and last)

  • Email address

  • Company name and job title

  • Optional context you provide in custom fields (e.g., role classification, renewal-cycle stage)
     

When you visit rxbs.org, we collect standard web analytics:
 

  • IP address and approximate geographic location

  • Browser type and operating system

  • Pages visited, time on page, referral source

  • Cookies as outlined below
     

We do not collect protected health information (PHI), claims data, member-level information, or any information regulated under HIPAA through this website. Information of that nature is handled exclusively through secure, contractually governed channels separate from this site.

How we use the information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you a welcome email sequence related to the Toolkit you downloaded, plus occasional updates about new PBS content or services

  • Improve our website and content by analyzing usage patterns

  • Respond to inquiries you submit through contact forms

  • Comply with legal obligations including marketing consent records

rxbs.org uses cookies for:

  • Marketing attribution (UTM parameters from email and ad campaigns, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a pixel that supports ad measurement and audience building for LinkedIn campaigns)

  • Repeat-download convenience: when you download a Plan Sponsor Toolkit, we store your name, email, company, and role locally in your browser so you do not have to re-enter them the next time you request another toolkit. This information stays on your device, is used only to pre-fill the download form, and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings or the "Not you?" option on the form.

Data retention

We retain your contact information as long as you remain subscribed to our emails or until you request deletion. Web analytics data is retained per Wix Analytics' standard retention period.

If you unsubscribe from our emails, we retain your email address only to ensure we honor your unsubscribe preference and do not re-add you to our lists.

Your choices and rights

You may at any time:

  • Unsubscribe from PBS emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send

  • Request access to the information we have about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information (subject to record-keeping requirements)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what information we collect, the right to delete that information, and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell information). EU privacy rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. PBS is a small US-based consulting firm. We use third-party services (Wix, LinkedIn, Substack) that may transfer EEA residents' data to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent data-transfer mechanisms.

Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS for the website) and access controls on internal systems. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

rxbs.org is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
