WHAT WE DO
Pharmacy benefits consulting, narrowed to one thing.
We are pharmacists who audit PBMs for self-funded employers. Not a broker, not a coalition, not a rebate aggregator. An independent set of eyes on the contract, the claims, and the money that flows between them. Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, with a team across four states and clients nationwide.
Most engagements follow one path. A plan enters fast with a Renewal Second Opinion or goes straight to the full Contract Review. The review ends at a fork: optimize the current contract through amendments, or go to market through an RFP we run end to end. Either way, the relationship settles into the twice-yearly Pharmacy Benefit Review. And when the renewal calendar has already made the decision, plans enter directly at the RFP.
Renewal Second Opinion
A fast, fixed-scope read of your renewal before you sign: what changed in the terms and what to push back on. Days, not weeks, built to fit inside a closing notice window.
PBM Contract Review
The flagship. We read the PBM Services Agreement line by line and pressure-test twelve months of claims against it. It ends with redlines, a defensible dollar figure, and a recommendation: optimize, or go to market. What a PBM contract audit covers →
Contract Language Development
Protective pricing, rebate, audit-rights, and termination language drafted from hundreds of contracts a year, so the next agreement defends the plan. See weak vs. protective clauses →
PBM RFP & Go-to-Market
When the review says go to market, or your calendar decides. We design the RFP, score bids on what actually matters, negotiate the winner's contract, and backplan the transition. In 2025, our PBM RFPs averaged 25% savings. How to run a PBM RFP →
Pharmacy Benefit Review
The ongoing relationship: a twice-yearly, six-category audit that keeps oversight continuous and turns findings into your renewal agenda. This is where most engagements settle once the first review is done.
Behind Your Broker
We work behind brokers and consultants, never around them. The independent audit bench you bring to your clients; you stay the relationship owner.
